Like you, I fit the mold as far as chronic smoker of chronics, multi times per day 10+ years (last 3-5 being multi times per day). 26 days clean so far. I am using the Dilution method from the sticky on page 1 of thread as well. Can you tell me if you stuck to it exactly? I too am using Gatorade instead of water, but I am not adding salt as some have said they do. B2 is making my pee flourescent yellow even from 1 100mg pill. Method said take 10!?? Am i reading that wrong? 10 time rec daily dosage or 10 times the 1 pill they recommend on bottle?? What did you do? Did you even use B2? thx in advance.

I practiced and practiced using a combination of N2 and S2's methods. I found that 1 B2 was more than enough for me (even after 64oz of gatorade). I was 25 days clean before my test. Before I took the test (practice runs) I ate a bowl of rice and soy sauce (more like soy soup!) 3 hours before the test and ate 9-10 tums to keep up specific gravity. The day of the test I couldn't eat anything (too nervous!); I would have thrown up! Make sure you are taking the creatine though.

Thx Smokey. 1 B2 seems to be too much for me too. Unfortunately they are capsules and cannot be broken in half, I'll look for tablets or maybe I should take another less potent (as far as color) vitamin. Suggestions?? A multi with less B2 in it?? Also, do you mind posting or PM'ing me in regards to your exact method. "A combo of S2 and N2's method" needs a bit more explanation please. I am taking the creatine now (day 4 so far) but just found out this am that my test will be more likely > 2 weeks from now so I may stop for a bit and re-start 4 days before real test. I should get a more firm date in next few days. As for Tums, I haven't tried using it and am unsure if I need to.

I was real close to passing on my own but the time I took the test, I did a mild form of dilution, Gatorade, multivitamin, aspirin, and a few Tums, just to be safe. The last one I took came back positive, and scared the hell out of me, I thought I was good to go, turned out to be the 1800 mg's of Ibuprofen I took over the weekend. Thank God the prescription was in my name. I feel the home tests really helped in knowing how clean I was, And too 420chickie, I'm not back to work just yet, I have a few more hoops to jump thru.

take the B2 earlier in the day...if you notice, your first few pisses after taking B2 are brighter than the later ones. so if you take the B2 say 6 or 7 hours prior to the test, when testtime rolls around, it will be less flourescent...

Thanks, and sheeeeit I just took an Advil (splitting headache due to wacky weather east coast), so I guess I need to let that exit my system before I do another test run. Any ideas how long takes for Advil to exit one system so as not to get a false positive? I would like to do another few dry runs but I also would like to test without dilution to see where i stand au natural. I have another 10 THC strips tests coming and plan on testing often to guage my progress au natural as well as with practice dilution runs.

B2, I guess I can try taking 6 or so hours before test time, I can practice that anytime as well. Thanks for the idea.
