I've been doing weekly test, The Last one came up Positive!!!!!!!, I had done 1800 mg's of Motrin over the weekend, that showed up 3 days later, that came back from the lab test, it also showed 15 ng's of THC still hanging around in my body. To get back to work I have to show 0 ng's They want to test me in 3 days. I might try to hold it off for that reason. I haven't found anything firm on the half-life of THC, read anywhere from 20 hours to 10 days +, it's been over 30 days now since I last smoked. when I took my first test I did a semi-dilution, lots of Gratorade, aspirin, multivitamin, and tums.
I was right on the edge of passing anyway. So I quick recap, edge of passing after 19 days, passed a 50 ng's at 22 days, semi-dilution, (bad info when I said 20ng's), pass with 15 ng's in my body(false positive, Motrin) 27 days.

I should be at 40+ days when my real test comes up. I think next week I will get a firm date. Based on these responses, and fact that I too was heavy multi-time daily smoker of very high grade bud for 10-12+ years I will look to dilute regardless, but pre-testing both with no dilution and with dilution a few more times up until test to see where I stand. If and only if my 1st void 1st stream comes up negative (with no dilution) a few times on home tests, I will not dilute. But I still just don't see that happening until I hit 60 full days. -just a guess. Friggin hard wired into my DNA at this point it seems. I also will not be taking any type of headache meds at all as I remain paranoid but appreciate the response from Hawg re the Ibuprofin. Silly as it sounds, no poppy or everything bagels either Rather be safe than sorry. I need to have a smooth pass thru all this BS as my verbal offer finally came in today (written offer expected any day) and this is a job I have been trying to get for a while as they played cat n mouse with me off and on over the last 8 months. I cannot f this up at this point, too much riding on it.
