so i had abstained from any cannabis use for 25 days, then i got a hankering after school the day of my urine test.

smoked a bit with my friends after school, then went off to get tested blazed as all get out. i knew that i needed to take the test ASAP so i quickly filled out the paperwork, it took me awile and i had to sit in the waiting room, i ended up taking the test roughly 2 hours after i smoked because i told the guy i really had to go bad, anyways i passed with flying colors w00t

Congratulations on passing and I would find another school if I were you. Not a very educated thing to do the day you know you have a test and then show up high on top of that.
Sec3 can correct me if I am wrong. I think they could have refused to test if they suspected you were under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

What we COULD have done, is have you give a specimen, then, if we suspect you are high, subbing, adulterating the specimen, whatever; we can make you sit there and give us another specimen up to 3 hours later (observed). We then send in both specimen to the lab. They compare them. The first would have been determined to be invalid because there was another from an observed test. That one would have priority and would be tested. That would have put it at roughly 4-5 hours after smoking. Not guaranteed to show positive, but you would have been sweating it a bit more.

Your profile says you are just barely 18 years old. With smarts like you have just described, you probably won't make it much past 19.

ya, but i mean the test was meaningless to me anyways, and i figured that it had to take a decent amount of time to be broken down or w/e, i dint go back for a 2nd test but i am pretty sure i would have passed that one too

apparently the "intake" consisted of 2 drug tests

the guy told me that he was gonna put me in a 6 months testing and couseling thing no matter if i passed both tests or not, i lost all respect for the guy right there and i didnt go back
