I posted here last weekend regarding my situation. I had passed 5 or six home tests and went and took a test early Monday morning. Unfortunately, even thought I felt pretty confident I would pass, I let my paranoia get ahold of me and drank way too much water. Got a notice from the potential employer yesterday saying I needed to do a retest within 24 hours. I was worried because I had abstained from exercise leading up to the prior test and had begun working out again after taking it. I tested myself 3 times last night and passed two of them. The one I failed looked kind of messed up like there might have been something wrong with it. Got up this morning and passed on my very first void of the morning. I felt good so I went to take the real thing. Before going, all I drank was a juice glass full of milk with my breakfast. I drank a half bottle of water on the way to the test, and tested myself one more time before going in to the test. I just peed up until the test line and stopped myself to save the rest for the test. The line was there but was very faint, not nearly as solid as the other tests I have passed, but still plainly visible to the naked eye. I went in and took the real test within 10-12 minutes of the test run. What do you think my chances are? I had also abstained for somewhere between 24-30 days prior to this. Will the fact that I peed like 10 minutes before the real one make a difference? I am worried that while I over diluted on Monday, I may not have drank enough today. Any thoughts?

God I really hope you are right. This has been such a nightmare, and it is for my first post-graduate school job, with awesome pay. I was a very light smoker to begin with, but I am definetely never smoking again.

Thank you Sec3, and thank you for responding to my PM the other night as well. I guess at this rate, I am not going to find out until Monday anyway. The most frustrating thing about all of this is that I am relocating to another state for this job. I had to postpone my lease signing when I heard that I had not passed on Monday. The company did not even call me to tell me, they FedExed me a letter. I was able to put the lease signing off till early next week, I just hope the company makes me aware of any potential problems on Monday when they arise, and not three days later. What opinions do you guys have on the possible effects of having peed right before the actual test. I often hear people advise that you never give the beginning of a stream, only the middle. Is peeing a little bit, stopping yourself, then releasing the rest around 10 minutes later a rough equivalent to this method?
