Well the government is owning me right now, making me scared to pee in a cup. Out of all the things in the world, we have to be scared to pee in a cup? Sure makes this country a great place to live. On with the details..

I am 20 years old
6' 140 Pounds
I am guessing fast metabolism

History: Early in May quit for 3 weeks. After those 3 weeks smoked for about 2 weeks (Bought 3 8ths in total those 2 weeks). I quit for another 2 weeks and smoked again on about June 29th, 2 small bowl packs shared between me and my buddy, later that night smoked a blunt and 1 bowl pack between about 6 people (Blunt was not huge). Smoked a few more bowls until July 9th which was last night smoking.

After July 9th I have been trying to exercise every day running about a mile. Some days I mow the grass for over an hour or play basketball and swim. I have been trying to change my diet to include fat burning foods and also have started taking B-Complex vitamin every day. What would all your guesses be on when I will be clean?

Take a home test once in a while and you won't have to guess, you will know when you are clean.

well, from what i've learned here...Dillution is what u need to read up on. I smoked far less than that and somehow magicly passed my test. Really fast metabalism or not, thats way too much smoking each month to just quickly work its way out...And really excersize does some good but THC metabolities or whatever the fuck are obsorbed in the intestines fatty tissue and the body fat...So ultimately ur still gonna have bad stuff in ur system


I could be wrong, i learned all this shit last week...but from what it sounds like to me, if you need to pass a test say by the end of the month, ur best bet is home testing and dillution

Today is 2 weeks clean. I woke up and pissed and used one of my dip tests. Came up a pretty strong line as negative. I am going to test myself in a few days again just to make sure. I am hoping the cut off for my real test isn't lower then these at home tests. Anyone ever hear of Patton labs?

You tested clean at home using a first morning pee, you should be ok for the real test.

Do you know when you are going to be tested? You've made no mention of when you need to be clean by. If your first discharge of the day came up clean then you will pass any test fine as long as you make sure you take a piss or two prior to the testing. To the best of my knowledge the home tests are testing for the same cut off's as lab tests.

Pennant Labs looks to be a very localized facility in your city and state. I did a search and found that they must be little more than a 1 location collection facility with limited laboratory capabilities. They don't even have their own website.
