| ok so i have a piss test coming in a week and a half, i found out today after i took 2 hits off a pipe, and the last time before that was 5 days ago i smoked a blunt, i hadnt smoked anything in weeks before that tho, anyway, i am using prohormones and creatine everyday and have been for weeks, the prohormone i use increases the bodies natural testosterone levels to promote muscle growth, i just wanted to kno if this and using creatine would help my odds in passing, i also work out daily, im 6foot tall and 145 pounds

I'm asking you these questions because after trying and severly researching prohormones I can tell you this. They work well enough to give you the weakest of temporary boosts, which are mostly a placebo effect honestly, but yet they also work well enough to cause testosterone suppression leading to long term problems. Especially if you are not past the age of 23-25 years old. You do not want to do anything to fuck with your testosterone production when you are younger than 23-25. Trust me. You will only be building a wall that you later will not be able to hurdle. My second most important note is that I GAURANTEE you can achieve equal if not better results by simply maximizing your diet and training techniques. Let me just explain this. When your body naturally senses that your testosterone levels are elevated beyond usual it's going to counter this by lowering it's own production. Also, to keep pace with your testosterone your estrogen production will increase. In the short term this is going to mean that when you discontinue usage of any prohormone supplement you are going to go through a period in which you have heightened estrogen levels coupled with lower than normal testosterone levels. This is going to lead to a loss of your results, your sex drive, and there is the worse case scenario of developing bitch tits (gynomecastia). If you are also one of the many that is not taking these in shorts spread out bursts this can also mean you will cause long term adverse affects such as a long term to permanent decrease in testosterone production that causes long term sexual problems, lethargy, lack of get up and go and more. Given the stats you gave I can already rather safely assume you have not reached your natural training peak and you are doing this to take a short cut, although I'm sure it's in good conscious and you're simply thinking you need something because you're so naturally skinny with a high metabolism. Trust me, I have a friend who was a rail all through high school, all through college, but stuck it out and trained hard, ate like a freak and he is now thick as shit. There are other better options. | |

| To help you on the drug test front, if you know you will not be watched simply use a substitution. Quick Fix 4.0 is a tried and tested safe substitute that is easily kept at body temp by tucking it under the nut sack after microwaving it for the suggested time on the package. Google it up and buy some. With typical shipping you can get it delivered in time. If you know or have reasonable suspicion you will by watched than start reading the dilution method threads stickied to the top of this forum. I have to go for the evening but I will be on tomorrow. Please reply in regards to my last post as I think I have a fair amount of body building knowledge you can learn from. I'm honestly trying to help you when I save drop the prohormones, and I'm no anti-drug mark either. I say no to things when they are logically not wise decisions. |

| i am 22, and been using prohormone for 3 weeks iv actually noticed a signifigant difference, i realize prohormones can mess up my hormone levels later on, so i dont intend to continue using them past 6 weeks, but tha prohormones i have also have estrogen supressors to fix that problem. iv gained 7 pounds in these 3 weeks im fairly pleased with tha results, but my main concern is passing my piss test lol, do u think i will be able to pass by regularily taking creatine and working out? |

I can only assume that like most novice body builders you are not properly tracking these and are simply ball parking the amount of food and calories you eat. I think it would astound you to actually know how much food it takes to reach the 4,000-5,000 clean calorie mark you should be aiming for with your build and metabolism. If you were to actually attain that goal you would see long term results that won't need you to go buy that bottle over and over again to keep them coming. I have a friend that was the same as you. 6'3" and thin as a rail in college. He was that way his whole life. Then he thouroughly researched his shit. Got his diet right. Started taking in 4,000-5,000 calories a day, and clean calories. He used to be around 160lbs. He's now clocking in around 220-230 and he's a freakin' house. He did all this without hurting his liver, without killing his test production and without having to go through having greasy skin and lame sex drive every few months to keep it coming. I'm done now though. Feel free to ask me if you want help that will lead to real long term results or feel free to ignore it all. | |

| i really dont kno how many calories i take in a day, my diet is mostly protein, but i do eat lots of fruit/veg too, iv try to keep a good balance, only problem is my body refuses to gain weight, in a year of working out tha only weight i have gained has been in tha past few weeks, before that my body would only gain definition |

| Now this is what I'm talking about. Your body refuses to gain weight because you are not giving it the calories it needs to gain that weight. I would feel very confident guessing you don't even reach 3,000 calories. The ideal diet for a body builder is to eat 6 meals a day with one to two of those being a high calorie protein drink. It would be preferable to have all 6 be a meal but really not to possible for the average individual. I suggest you use the internet to help you here. For a three day stretch do this. Every time you eat something write down the exact nutritional value of the meal. That being the calories, how much fat, how much carbs and how much protein. If you don't have a label to tell you exactly that then hop on the internet and do a search for "nutritional value of -----" and you will find it. Track this for three days and I think you will find out why you don't gain weight. Even people I talk to that say "I eat so much. I eat everything.", when they do this they always get a suprise. This is the most valueable bit of help I can give you. If you really are serious about this and not just looking for magic in a bottle than please actually do this without lieing to yourself. You stand to learn a lot about yourself. Afterwards you can then plan out what you need to add to your diet to get yourself to the calorie intake you need to get to. At your metabolism, when working out you should really be taking in 4,000-5,000 calories a day. If you don't already have a big 5lb jug of whey protein go get one instead of buying anymore bottles of that prohormone money scam. Mix pure whey protein with 1 or 2 scoops of peanut butter and you have a great high calorie source of nutrition to add to your diet once or twice a day. In all honesty, of all the gimmicky products you can buy at a supplement store, whey protein is the most effective when used properly. If you are serious about this start here with your diet and then we can go from there. Ask any question you can think of asking in regards and I will do my best to answer. |

| i actually have a big thing of whey protein already stopped using it a while back tho, i think ill start using it then, u kno what ur talkin about it seems |
