Hi guys! I stumbled on this forum quite by accident, but I must admit that I'm pleased to have found it. Please go to the third paragraph and read the questions if you're not interested in the background below.

My story (if you're interested) - I'm 18 years old, have only been smoking for a relatively short time. Back in February, I made a huge mistake and drove after smoking. I ended up getting pulled over, and to make a long story short, ended up getting charged with a DUI and 6 months probation. I've been on probation for 3 months, and have (much to my dismay) abstained from smoking, with the exception of once or twice. I'm lucky enough, however, to have a very lazy Probation Officer. I've been on for 3 months, taken one UT, and wasn't even viewed. My friend (with the same PO) had taken several tests with him and was never viewed. I've decided to take advantage (and a risk) of the situation and am going to substitute clean urine, with dilution as a back up plan, because I've smoked a few times recently. Also worth noting is that my P.O. does not believe in surprise visits, and will only test me when we meet together.

I've been practicing on keeping good temperature with a condom and water (of course I'll use real urine for the test). I'm expecting to have at it up to at least 96 degrees, with a maximum of 97.6. When I actually take the test, in order to ensure success, I plan on first pissing in the cup to raise the temperature, then dumping and planting the sub. urine. Even if the sub. urine is a little cool, should the temperature still read fine?

Also, is it really true that urine can remain at room temperature for 8 hours? I'm planning on freezing a sample from a trustworthy friend, but I'm not sure when I'm going to have to thaw it yet as I have other activities to conduct on the day that I have to meet with my PO. Also, how can the lab detect that a sample is too old? Do they just notice that the piss is really raunchy or what, haha.

I'm a little bit nervous about this, but all in all, I'm pretty confident in my plan and believe that I can beat this. Thanks for reading my long post, really I'm just looking for some feedback from users to maybe build my confidence about it. And was anyone else ever on probation and beat the Bladder Cops? why not just stay clean for 3 more months and stop trying to out-smart the legal system,you'll always lose to them.

Because he/she is only 18 years old and, IMO, hasn't made enough mistakes to learn from them yet. The Original Poster has only admitted to making one mistake and plans to make another. Give him/her time; which is what he/she will get if they are caught substituting a probation test. He/she will eventually make enough mistakes to learn.

With what carlover and sec said, I don't need to say anything except, by the sound of your post you don't really care what we think or if you get caught trying to sub.

I care what you guys think, I posted it for input on the situation. I also care if I should get caught, but honestly, I see no point stressing out over it.
I don't really see how I could get caught subbing, as I'm not viewed while urinating, and I know this for a fact. The sub. urine should be warm, warm enough not to raise suspicion (just shy of 98 degrees). But I'm also going to piss on the strip to ensure that the temperature is high enough, just in case. Unless one were to use very old piss, or didn't filter thawed urine, how could anyone tell that the 98 degree urine isn't mine?

I've also been thinking a lot lately about my whole situation, and it may well be in my best interest not to run the risk of failing while on probation. But for now, my biggest interest is in passing my UT on Monday. And just as a sidenote, I could probably dilute because I've only smoked 3 times in the course of a 3 1/2 week period (and one of those was only a quick puff). But I want to be certain that I pass, and don't like the risk of diluting. Thanks for your input guys.

You may not be observed by this current probation officer, but they don't need to ask your permission or even inform you if another probation officer will handle your case; and there are a variety of reasons this could happen:

Your regular PO is on vacation;

Your regular PO quit his job;

Your regular PO was suspended for not observing UA's;

Your regular PO has suffered an accident and is currently on Workers' Comp.;

The system just for Shoots and giggles, decided to swap caseloads around.

Doesn't really matter. If you are observed just once, you probably are looking at additional time. 3 months is an extremely short period of time to abstain and clear yourself of your legal troubles completely.

You are young enough now that getting clear of your legal troubles within 3 months probably won't affect the rest of your life. If you continue on probation by receiving extra time or getting sent to jail, it could affect the possibility of you getting funding for higher education or even your eligibility for certain jobs in the future.

You have a lot of years left. You don't want to spend most of them paying for the one stupid mistake you made in February (and compounded in subsequent months).

Yeah, what the rest said. But, if you want to know how long you can store frozen urine, the answer is on here in a bunch of threads. I'm sure the other posters know the answer to but they probably want you to learn a little (in more ways than one) and want you to use the search feature. Good luck and then just try to tough it out for a few months.

FakeBoobsRule, I actually did use the search function and learned that frozen urine is good for a year. I was wondering if what I had read was true about it being good at room temperature for 8 hours. I'm a little bit less ignorant than some of the new posters, haha.

I did meet with my PO this morning, and I pulled it off fine. As long as it isn't obvious to the lab that it had been frozen, I should be just fine. I checked the temperature of my sample, it was at exactly 97 degrees when I went into the bathroom. Thanks everyone for the input.
