What information is available on the success of the dilution method against a TestCup type screen? I have been informed that I am subject to a random screen that can happen anytime within the next 10 weeks. I do not prefer to not indulge for the next 10 weeks, and know that the possible test is always on Monday. If I only smoke on Mondays at night, that gives me 7 days of being clean for each possible day of testing. Also, I plan to dilute each day of the prior to the possible test. Does this sound like a sensible option? Also, does the TestCup test for validity of samples, i.e. creatine levels and/or specific gravity? Thank you for any information that can be provided...

I don't see any contradiction. She prefers to not stop smoking smoking altogether and is asking if she could get away with smoking on Monday nights only, if the next possible test wouldn't be until the following Monday.

lol thanks for reading carefully buzz. i tried to stay away from the double negative so as to not confuse, but it just made more sense using it. anyways, ya, thats what it comes down to..possible drug test monday evenings, toke up monday nights. so i'll load creatine for 3 days prior to the test (will help my workouts too!!). is there any way those cups can test for specific gravity? my little knowledge of chemistry would incline me to say no...

You could probably get away with smoking only on Monday nights if you are SURE that the tests will be done only on Mondays. It depends on how much (heavily) you smoke on that day and you need to take into consideration the amount of THC you already have in your system now.

If you were clean now, and smoked lightly each Monday, you could be clean by the following Monday. Best thing would be to test yourself on Sunday night to be sure.

Yes, the instant cups with the validity checks included with them can test for pH, Oxidants, and Specific Gravity. The ones I use have color blocks that change color depending on the level of each in the urine.

cool, thanks for the info. i was a heavy daily smoker, took a 4 week break to get clean. i self-tested a few weeks ago and came out clean with mild dilution. so now that i'm not full of THC, the only thing i have to worry about getting clean is the prior weeks smoking, which shouldn't be hard. i'll try to scope the testcup the first time i see it to figure out what all its looking for...hopefully its just a screen with no testing for creatine and spec gravity so i can dilute without worry.

Creatine and SG are an important part of dilluting. When doing your mild dillution why not just drink the gatorade/salt, and the rolaids and take a creatine supplement a few days before.

yup, i definitely plan on doing that the first time or so until i figure out if theres a test for creatine and spec gravity. but if they have the simple ones, the other weeks i don't have to worry about creatine and salt, thats all.
