the last time i smoked, it was a relatively small blunt, and i smoked by myself. so its not the amount of weed i smoked im concerned about, but i smoked it over 2 days. since it had been so long i smoked, i didnt need much to get high, so i took a few hits, put it out, etc.

will this make a difference in how long it stays in the system?

You said you hadn't smoked for a "long time." How long" Years? Months? Days? When did you last smoke the blunt? It takes the average user 30 days to become clean, depending on your weight, metabolism, active vs. sedentary, etc. The stickies will explain. If, for example, you had not smoked weed for several months or years, and given the small amount you had smoked (a blunt over the period of a two days), it may only take four or five days for it to be out of your system. Get a home test using the first part of the first void of the day (when you get up) and see if you are clean.

Just got this answer from rick on the marijuana.com thread about the new posting guidelines. Apparently it doesn't matter if we give advice to kids anymore. I can't say that I agree, but it is his site.

i dont really see myself as a "kid" i turn 18 in a few months, and im already going to college while still in highschool, hoping to start my career only a year after high school.

Just FYI: No teen sees him or herself as a "kid". They all think they are "mature for their age".

Yes it is his site, but I thought that part of the guidelines kind of added extra credability to the site. Just my opinion though,

A person may not be a kid at 17, When I was 17 I joined the Navy, with my parents permission, And was working the Flight deck of an Aircraft Carrier, had my first hit of weed, and was heading overseas, all before the age of 18. I know people now that I wouldn't call grown up, and there much older then that.
