Back in high school (which was only like 3 years ago for me) I was able to pass a lot of drug tests on less than 10 days of abstaining(sometimes only 2 days) using a dilution method. Soon I'm going tobe subject to the possibility of a monthly drug test but this time the stakes are slightly higher if i fail so i don't want to push it as far as i used to. And if i dilute a test its damn near the same as failing in the scenaerio.
I'm wondering if any experts out there think that 10 days of abstaning plus dilution would suffice.
I'm about 5 foot 7. I weigh 120 pounds (same weight i was when i was taking tests in high school, so i assume my metabolism is pretty fast). I work landscaping, so I get a bit of an exercise at work everyday but not really one that keeps my heartrate up so i don't know if it has any effect on my metabolism.
And I smoke daily anywhere from a bowl by myself to a few blunts between friends. the quality of the weed varies as well.

*** Also *** for this first test i'll have only had like 12 days of actual smoking time, prior to that 12 days i had 14 days with no THC being put into my body, so my count doesn't have as much constant build up as it used to.

I'd appreciate any tips or comments relating to my situation.

Being tested every 30 days makes it pretty hard to say you should go ahead and smoke at all really, unless you can pull off substituting your sample with synthetic urine. If you know you are not going to be monitored while donating than I think that's your only way to smoke still as I think this sounds probation related and as such anything else would just be silly.

If those high stakes for a positive include going to jail...you should STOP use ALTOGETHER........Why take a chance.....

It sounds like you are doing this for probation and not your job. Really if that is the case you should quit for now and at least go through a couple of drug tests to see what kind of scrutiny you will have to go through, like how much notice you will have or if they are monitored. If the tests are not monitored you might be able to go back to smoking and using substitution. If you keep synthetic urine on hand you would be able to handle a random test on short notice rather than using stored frozen urine. I'd chill and test the waters first.
