does anyone know if the labs that probation officers send urine tests to can tell if its yours or if its someone else's?

Depends on how far they are willing to take it...I'm sure if they really wanted to they could tell.

As for a standard probation drug test, I've never heard of them doing anyting of that sort.

I have heard of them watching real close to ensure that it's actually your piss.

You can always kill a man, insert his bladder into your urethra, and when the time comes just give it a good squeeze 'n' squirt. This seems to be pretty effective.
