I have been taking tests one a week, for the last 3 weeks. Each one has come back negative, Last week It was sent to the lab (Quest labs) and It came negative for THC. This week I asked for ask for it to be sent for an actual count for THC, The results came back with 51ng/ml. How can that be???? I passed my first home test on the 9 th. of July. and No weed In the last 5 weeks. 5'11 165, very active.

Just got off the phone with Quest, I was told by law they cannot talk to me, only the one's who requested the test, because of Identity theft. I'm going to a private Doctor on Monday for my own test. I wonder if the "treatment" center I was put into is all that honest?

That is a good thought. If you send your own specimen to Quest, the same day you are tested by the treatment facility, then you have comparable results to show your doc.

They could be falsifying results, When you said this, I assumed that you paid for and requested the test. That is why I thought you could get answers from Quest. The next time you are tested, send a specimen of your own in (paid for and ordered by you) to the lab so you can get answers.

I will know Monday the results of My test from the My Doctor, But I have a question, the collector where I have been taking my tests said the reason I went over the passing line Is because it's been hot and maybe something I ate caused my body to dump a lot of the THC all at once, Is this possible ? or does it come out at a more or less constant amount I have had one home test and 2 tests from the clinic, all passing, seem kinda funny my last one came back at 51 ng/ml, it's been 5 weeks now.

Maybe with the hot weather things take more effort and your body is just naturally release the THC metaolites stored in you fat cells.

I thought of that too, the body becoming more dehydrated and then taking this last test that resulted in the 51ng/mL, but it has been so long - so much time had passed from the first negative to the positive test result that this seemed unlikely the reason. It is possible though.

Hopefully the results from the personal physician will be posted sometime today.

The results came back from my Doctor today, From LabCorp, 44 ng/mL, so I guess 51 ng's form two days before were true. Took another one from the clinic yesterday and it came back negavtive. But with no thc count, not sure how the lab (Quest) does it's tests, I'm guessing just a screen and not sent for a GC/MS, unless it's a positive. It seems that it did spike after hanging drywall in the heat. The Clinic said to drink a lot of Cranberry Juice an take it easy to work it out of my fat, Not the best advice. She also showed me the strip from the dip test, it had a faint line and said If I was totally clean it would be a bright line like the control line.
So Now I'm lost, after 6 weeks I should be clean, I passed a home test on June 9th. and weekly ones too. I guess I smoked to much for to long.
And I can't figure it out on the half-life of the metabolics works into this. I have abut 20% body fat, I guess I have so much stored in my body fat you could smoke that a catch a buzz. So for you hardcore smokes like I was, It may take a lot longer to get totally clean.
