Hello. This is my first post and i am loving the info. thus far.

My question is this.

I will be getting a screened drug test three times a week, not for probation. Anyway, they do not actually look at the penis, they just look at my back. Would a whizzinator be the best solution for this case? Or would something homemade do the trick? I am guessing subbing would be my best bet since the tests are so often.

They could do anything from not even be in the room to in the doorway to in the bathroom to staring at you. For most tests the don't watch. Exactly what kind of test is this for that they would stare that hard at your penis?

there are three types of collections:

Unobserved = You are alone in the bathroom, allowed to pee in the cup then bring the cup out of the bathroom and hand it to the collector

Monitored = Someone is in the restroom with you because all water sources or the integrity of the bathroom cannot be insured. This would be in the case of a multi-stall restroom or a restroom with two doors opening into two different rooms. The monitor is only in the restroom to ensure no one comes in or that the donor does not use water. The monitor does not need to be in the stall or actually watch the act of urinating.

Observed = Someone in the restroom (or stall) with you. The definition of "Observed" in this context is: "The observer must watch the urine flow from the body into the collection cup" It isn't that they stare at you "that hard", it is just that an observer, to do the observation properly, must see the urine flow from the body.

There is not such thing as a "supervised" test.

I am also curious as to why you are getting tested so often if not for acourt ordered situation?

I personally don't think that the wizzinator is your answer. If you are caught just once, (depending on why you are being tested), the consequences could be quite dire. (This is why we are asking the reason for the tests, btw).

The reason i am getting these screens is becuase i am going to rehab due to a DWI that i got while driving intoxicated. But the kick in the ass is it is "voluntary". Although i am in college, my mom said i can either go to rehab or start to pay my car insurance on a car i can't even drive while in college. The consequences of getting caught while in rehab are not legally severe at all, and i can afford the car insurance, but why pay if i dont have to

As for the testing situation. The person in the stall with me only watches my back, not the flow of urine or the penis.

When I read your first post I thought you were asking if they would watch your back or the actual flow from the body. I didn't read closely enough to notice that you were making a statement.

Even though you are 19 I think you have just violated a rule so I have to put the rest of my answers on hold.

JackBauer is talking not about the fact that you are an adult and not underage which, BTW is not a violation of the rules any longer, no do I see any rules against deliberately deceiving your parents. Both of these were a violation of the posting guidelines just a few short weeks ago, but alas, no longer.

The thing is...If you can afford to pay your own insurance, why don't you? That is a sure sign of maturity, taking on your own responsibilities instead of letting Mommy and Daddy do it for you. It is your car, either sell it or pay for it yourself, including insurance, licensing fees and tax.

If JackBauer is uncomfortable giving advice to you given your situation, that is fine. There are many search features that you can use to answer the question you have asked - all you need to do is search and read.

You cannot depend on the person currently doing your testing to be there for each and every test. The next person who tests you might just follow protocol and observe you correctly. If you get caught substituting, the consequences will cost you much more than just abstaining while you are going through rehab.

You see, we don't just try to help you pass a drug test here, we also advocate responsibility with using marijuana. If you get caught and need to pay the piper, then pay up; don't look for an easy way out.

Yes, you are correct. Both rules are gone now. There are a few who will give information on how to pass a drug test, to people who fall under both catagories.

i used synthetic piss every time in rehab. they never watched me. but thats just me.

Do you see the little note on the second post you wrote in this thread on 7-30-06 at 11:59? It says edited by mr.bigs at 12:27 a.m? Before you edited it there slick, you had written that you were 19. In between 11:59 and 12:27 you edited out the 19. I didn't quote your message but I am not seeing things and I am pretty sure that most people know that in my short time here I am pretty straight up. Why would I write that you were 19 for no reason? I want to be helpful but at the same time I don't want to break the rules. I knew one rule had been changed, the age thing, but I wasn't sure if the deceiving parents rule was still in effect.
