I'v went through this site and others about these tests but wouldn't mind a little help to ease the mind...

I'm 22 male, quite fit. for a cpl years now i'v been smoking around 3 times a week (around 3 cones on the days smoked). I stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and might be getting tested in 3 or so weeks. Is there any chance I could still fail a test, should i do the dilution thing or would i be cool cause i don't really inhale that much marijuana.?

Sounds like you have a plan. The best way to know if you will pass a test is to buy some home tests at your local drug store (alll chains carry them) or purchase some cheap tests off of ebay.

I'd say that in the next week, home test your self with your first part, first morning void (pee right into the cup immediately, don't fill it mid stream) on the theory that your first morning urine (after you get up) is the dirtiest.

There's some debate here that the fainter the negative line on the test, the more THC metabolites you have in your body. The line will get stronger as you continue to abstain.

Thirty days is the rule for most average users to pass your basic pre-employ, 50 ng drug test. (Read the FAQs in the sticky.)

Given your detailed history about your usage and general physical condition, I think you'll be fine and probably won't have to dilute.

In the meantime, relax. You're going about it the right way and as long as you continue to abstain from smoking weed, I think you'll be fine.
