I smoked a little yesterday and the day before. Yesterday i only smoked some resin and some middies but the day before i had a small bowlpack of the most amazing dro i ahve ever smoked. Now i have to meet with my probabtion officer in a few days and i have to take a drug test. This is my first time seeing my probation officer. I have heard that taking niacin works to make you clean. Does it work and how many milligrams should i take if it does. Is there any other method that will work for a probation test that is reafdily available and wont show up as diluted such as soemthign from a vitamin store?

No it doesn't work..... read the dilution thread. Save yourself a lot of worrying and stop smoking until you are off probation.

If you've been a member here since 2004, then you should know by now that niacin is one of the great urban myths floating around out there, like golden seal, magic tea, etc.

They have only been a member since March of 2005 and maybe never read the urine forum. Might have just read all the other forums available. There are more forums than just the Urine Testing forum.

True, but if 1tokeoverthelin wanted to answer, there is no rule against it. I do searches for some, not all, depending on which computer I am using (dial-up or DSL), and what my mood is. If some feel generous and extra helpful, let 'em give ananswer. If you feel the original poster needs to use the search feature, either tell them that, provide a link or both.

That is very true, but think about it. Do you enjoy answering peoples questions and helping them pass their drug test? I think you do or you wouldn't be here. I know everybody gets pissed off sometimes with the same questions asked over and over. (one of the reasons I give the same answers over and over) If there weren't questions this wouldn't be a forum. It would be a data base of answers to FAQ's. I can't remember if it was in a PM or open forum when I expressed my opinion to rick about minors being allowed to be members, anyway, he said he has considered making the drug testing forums just that. So all there would be is a data base. You may not have a chance to help people out then. I have been told nicely in open forum and not so nicely in PM, that if I didn't want to give an answer then don't. To paraphrase loosely(very loosely) If I wanted to answer fine, give an answer, if not shut the fuck up, that it was my choice to answer or not. Like I said that is a very loose quote, and I probably shouldn't post it as it was in a PM from one of the powers that be.
So I guess what I am trying to say, is give an answer if you want, while you have the chance. The site is changing and you may not have that chance in the future. Now you can give an answer to dispell any myths, someday maybe you won't have that privilege on this site. If that happens I am sure you will miss those repeat questions. Keep the site alive by giving everyone an answer or like sec3 says, give them a link with the answer or just do that very loosely paraphrased, shut the fuck up.
