Hey Guys,

I need some info about Quick Fix 4.0. My boyfriend has a drug test for his dream job on Tuesday. There is no way he is going to be clean by then. I have done a lot of research and decided on the Quick Fix. I am trying to get all the info on it I can. Does it work? It is easy to use? Do I need to purchase 2? I heard that one may not be able to fill it up to the line. So should I get 2? Any tips or tricks to doing it? Thanks in advance!

I have never used Quickfix but I have subbed before using my own clean urine and subbing is easy. Just do a couple of practice runs with water so he is cofortable carrying and concealing and getting the temp down right. Practice is the big tip. I have never seen or heard of anyone failing with Quickfix. I have never seen anyone use 2 of them before.

Quick Fix 4.0 does work. I have passed a urine test with it. It filled the sample container right to the line. Buying two is a good idea in theory but where is he going to hide that many bottles. The only 100% safe way to go temperature wise is to stuff it under the nut sack and hold it between his legs and more than one bottle won't fit. He should be fine with just one bottle anyway. Microwave it for 3-4 seconds and hide it in the taint and his body temp will keep it at exactly the right temp. Just make sure he keeps it there for a good 30 minutes prior to the test to make sure the temp evens out correctly.

Thanks guys for the info. We ordered one of the Quick Fix tonight and it is being sent over night. So, we should receive it in time for the test. You don't know how much you guys have eased our worries! Thanks again..and if there is anyone out there with anything to add...Please do!

One more question..if something does happen and the Quick Fix doesn't hit the line in the cup..can he add a little water to make it up to the line?

No. This is definetly not a good idea.

If the container contains 2 ounces, (about 60 mL), that is plenty. No employer requests more than this. Even for a split specimen, the MOST ever needed is 60 mL.

The collector may ask for more (and most do*), but cannot reject a specimen if it contains only 60 mL. They simply do not need any more.

*the reason more is asked for at the collection site is to get a more accurate temperature. the temp falls faster, the less urine you have. If you give 1/2 a cup full, then the temp will remain good for awhile. If you only give 45 mL, then the temp falls very fast and I would need to rush to read the temp.

hey guys, i plan on buying quick fix also. I was thinking of buying2 and wearing my waterpolo speedo to keep them in place. Do you think that if i had one under my sack and one in the front against my penis it owuld get a good temp? Im scared i wont have the right temp and will fail. If it is 100 degrees, how long will it take to cool down?

Just practice with some water or dirty pee. Walk around with it tucked in your speedo and see what it takes to maintain the temp. Read the sticky about maintaining the proper temp in a sub.

There was a very good post a few days ago about toe warmers by someone who actually read the information on this forum and came up with a plan.

I just subbed a DOT test and the line on the cup was marked that it took all of the Quick Fix to get to the line. I thought the Quick Fix was around 45 ml, and the bigger bottles they do not make anymore. I think Lew or Buzzby said something about this recently. Not sure but throwing in my .02 worth you ol,......uh good friend, ya that is what i was going to say, 1toke will back me up on it I am most sure.
