THANK YOU so much for your input. I appreciate it. My donor is my sister in law and she is 100% against smoking...My brother (her husband) smokes and she is always on his case...Lesson learned! The head shop lady does not have great advice. I must say, the non-smoking method is looking better every minute.

One more thing...can something happen like they say the levels are off too much...ie: specific gravity, ph, creatine???? Am I being paranoid? I mean that the substitute is too different from my original (given on Monday)...I just keep thinking of all of scenario's....I just am SO PARANOID...Anyone have any thoughts????

Like I said, unless your donor decided to drink a gallon of water before giving you the sample it should be no problem. There is a very wide acceptable range on those things and the only way to alter them enough is through dilution, taking prescription diuretics, or if you added a base like bleach or drano, which I doubt you did unless you felt like making things hard on yourself.
