Hello all, I'm LoveSexy and I'm new to this board. I just have one question. I have not indulged in 37 days. I've done some walking earlier on in the month. I'll be scheduled for an urinalysis within the week and did not take any other methods of cleansing other than drinking a gallon of water every other day. Do you think I'm clean?
I guess I should also state that before my little break I was a 3 jay a day person, and have been for over 15 years. My metabolism I would say is average. Any and all replies will be greatly appreciated.

Take a home test tomorrow using your first morning, first part void. (Pee top of stream into the cup, not midstream). Let us know the results.

It takes the average person 30 days to come up clean and time is in your favor, but you won't know till you test yourself at home.

No one can tell you anything better than it sounds like you'd have a good chance at passing but that quantitity a day for that long may still cause a failure. You need to pick up a home test from your local pharmacy and test yourself. Pick up atleast 3-4 and do this: Test your very first go of the day. If you pass the first one than you'll pass the BIG test. If not then test yourself after a bit without drinking a bunch of water or anything. If you pass that then you can pass the BIG test by just making sure you go to the bathroom a couple times prior that day. If not then start studying the dilution threads that are stickied at the top of this forum and repeat this testing a couple days later, closer to the test. You may find you pass the first urination of the day test after a few days but if not use the dilution methods and then test yourself again. You should be able to pass your home test then and then you can go to the BIG test confident knowing what you will need to do to pass based on the information you collect from your home tests.

I took it the night before my scheduled u/a. They used the same vial that came with my home test. I did void in the morning and then drank a 20 oz bottle of water on my ride there. On the day of the exam it was approx. 45 days clean. I'm still a little paranoid. Do my chances seem good?

Well, before they started selling home tests at drug store chains, I passed one ten years ago after 42 days clean. I'm going to guess that you are good to go.
