| I'm 24, and had been smoking regularly, but not heavily until 3 weeks ago. Maybe 3x a week, but only a couple hits or so. I'm pretty active, 5'8, 155 pounds. It' summertime so I've definitely been exercising and sweating a lot. I have to take a test on Friday, and although I feel like my body should be fairly clean by now, does anyone have any basic tips? Where does one buy creatine packets- I don't think I can handle eating lots of red meat in the next couple days. How much water should I drink before the test, and how long? |

| KK2006, You should read the dilution sticky. If, after reading about the first 30-40 pages, you still have questions, then post them here. It helps if you tell how long it has been since you last smoked pot. |

| Take a home test to see where you stand. You can be creatine supplements at vitamin or nutrition stores, like GNC. Creat supplements come in a various forms - powder supplements and pills. I found the pills to be less expensive (around $20). |
