| Don't know if I have a test or not, but I stopped smoking just in case. I only smoked twice in four months - that leaves me 15 days from the last time I smoked to the first day of new job - like I said I am not even sure if they will try and test, I have already taken the job. Question - Along with abstaining, and dilution on the first day that I begin this new job, is their any specific diet that helps "clean" your system of metabolites? |

| Your smoking has been so infrequent and light, I doubt that you would even have to attempt a dilution. Take a home test and see. Use your first urine of the morning. |
