Ok, I haven't smoked for the past year and a half except for what I'd call 2 and a half hits 3 weeks ago. I have been put on probation for something non-drug related.. but by the tone of my PO's voice, I'm scared about tomorrow's appointment. I just have that feeling!

I am a female, 21 years old, am 5'7" tall and weight 215 lbs., but I am only about 30% body fat (most people my weight are a lot more). I walk for about 1.5-2 hours EVERY day. Sometimes I sweat a little.. I drink a moderate amount of liquids but to be honest, not much plain water. I don't know how metabolism factors into this, but I've seen others talk about theirs so I guess it's worth mentioning that I have moderate to slightly low metabolism.

I am thinking about getting an at home test tonight but I really don't have a lot of money. Should I be ok if I take some aspirin, vitamins, and drink as much water as I can tolerate until my appointment at 10am tomorrow? Will that do much? And from experience, do you think 3 weeks is long anough for it to be out of my system? Thanks in advance.

You must keep in mind that this is only my opinion. To be sure, invest in the home test. It will ease your mind.
My opinion? I think you will pass anyway.

Why buy the home test then?

Costs:
-One bad decision: Probation
-Another bad decision smoking pot while on probation: worry and fear of failing a drug test.
-Going into the PO office with confidence, head held high, handing the PO a full cup of clean piss: Priceless.

Buy the drug test so you will know what you need to do to pass tomorrow.

Ok, Since I think you should pass anyway, and you either don't know or havent said what type of test your PO is using (instant dip, integrated cup or lab), If I were you, I would:

3 hours before the test time: Take 4 regular aspirin (not tylenol or motrin)
2 hours before the test time: Drink 16 ounces of sports drink, or juice (not water, coffee, soda, etc.), and 2 tums, rolaids or maalox.
1 hour before the test time: Drink another 12 ounces of the sports drink or juice.
Pee at least once or twice with-in the 3 hours before your test.
Take a bottled water in to the PO meeting and sip it while you talk. Just sip it to keep your fluid level up.

This should be an adequate amount of fluid to keep you a bit diluted without being too diluted.

Keep in mind that this is an educated GUESS on my part, but don't add additional fluid to this. The last thing you want is the PO on your case for a diluted result.

Edit: I just re-read your first post. I misread the part where you said 2-1/2 HITS, 3 WEEKS ago. I don't know why, but when I read the first time, I mistakenly thought that it was more smoking, less time than it actually was. You will be fine with no worries. 2-1/2 hits that long ago won't hurt you or your drug test tomorrow.

Just to ease your mind and help you feel like you are doing something, I am leaving the recipe above. You can either use it or not, but either way, you should pass easily.

I have no clue what kind of test they perform.. and don't you think sipping bottled water in front of them would be a little suspicious looking? lol

Way back when I was 15 years old I was on probation and they didn't test me until the last day. They didn't watch, and had me fill a cup. That's all I know.

Thank you for your responses.. I think maybe I can go to sleep now lol. Also as a side note, I wake up at 2am everyday and do that walking from around 3:30-5am, and I'll be staying up the rest of the morning. Anything else I should keep in mind with my POSSIBLE test being at 10?

She asked me if I wanted to come in tomorrow and I said I had things to do.. she insisted that it needed to be Friday then and I am even busier on Friday. I told her it was ok for tomorrow, so hopefully that will hint to her that I don't mind coming in since I didn't push for Monday. I will definitely come back to post on what happens. Thank you so much!

Ugh, the only reason I smoked was because I was drunk to begin with. I hate weed.. I won't have this problem again lol.

No, it's summer, you walk and need to stay hydrated, you won't be chugging the water, and if she (your PO) wants you to stop drinking the water and wait a bit to test, you can do that also.

If it was the middle of winter and you had a huge 2 liter bottle of soda with you, that would look suspicious.

What does the Rolaids/Tums/Maalox actually do for you? And is there a specific brand/kind I should get? Sorry for being so meticulous.. I'm sure you understand though.

I am not 100% sure what the Rolaids/Tums/Maalox add back to the urine but I am pretty sure it is to increase the specific gravity so the urine will not look dilute. But the second part of your question, what brand to get, those are the brands. Now there will be such things as extra strength or Plus or whatever but I usually see people using Tums or Rolaids and those 2 brands usually use calcium carbonate. I think Maalox might have some that use calcium carbonate and some that use aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide. Although aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are better antacids, I think you are looking for the calcium carbonate. Any of the 3 would probably work but go with what most people use, Tums or Rolaids or a Maalox using calcium carbonate. You can also add an extra 1/4 teaspoonful of salt to the sports drink. I know, doesn't sound so good but how does failing sound.

I knew those were the brand names, I meant which one of them. lol I'm not that stupid. Thanks for your info. The appointment got canceled and I will meet with her tomorrow or Tuesday. I will follow the directions you gave me as an extra precaution. Thanks!
