The place that I took my test is not a lab but they do alcohol and drug testing. I am thinking about calling them to ask about their procedures. I can pretend that I am an employer who want to start testing my employees. I really thought they would give results faster than this. Who knows, my boss may have the results but why tell me? I keep thinking of all kinds of scenerios of why and none of them are good! They also sell testing kits to companies who want to do their own on-site testing, so maybe they do their own and only send positives to the lab? I am freaking!

They won't give you results and your employer probably won't either. If you are shown the door, you failed. If you continue to be employed there, you passed.

There will be no press release or grand gala party celebrating the fact that you passed your test. Just chill out. You can't do anything about it now anyway. Just don't smoke again until you have your first paycheck. (rule of thumb).
