ok i had a slightly dirty urine test and was verifying that i can use the excuse of eating cookies or brownies without really noing till later they were maryjane goodies? Eating cookies and brownies if made right i am told can make you dirty? If you were completely clean then went to a pool party and these dishes were available is that enough to make you dirty by eating it? Professional help is well appreiciated i have to take this answer to court

Well, you can try this excuse, but it will only be about the millionth time the judge has heard this story.

I suggest you get together with your attorney and come up with a more viable plan. Perhaps your attorney will advise you to take responsibility for eating the pot cookies and brownies at the pool party (if there was such a party), which may carry more sway with the judge in that you're being honest and showing remorse. Maybe he/she won't throw the book at you.

As for pot brownies and cookies, it's just like smoking a joint. (Let me tell you a story about marijuana brownies and the Wisconsin State Fair.) The THC does not ooze out in the baking, unlike alcohol that burns away when baking a rum cake.

If you're on probation, and I truly sympathize with you, then abstain from weed for the duration. It's better than going to jail or worrying about cooking up stories for some judge.

paying to have your attorney coming back wouldnt that just give you an instant guilty look? I wasnt planning to call the attorney in i was going back to face the music. I think the roach i was caught with almost a year ago is just a bunch of bs to keep me on probation. I had optional timing pisses(when i felt like it at least once a month) I feel that he might of heard this excuse but calling an attorney in might just piss him off. Im thinking at worse i am going to get a new fine and more probation. I am 10 months in and they gave me a court date 1 month after the dirty urine and again my current charge was for a roach not no weight. P.s. i never tested dirty b4 this not even the first time also after i received the letter i went in 1 week later and pissed a clean test and plan on 1 more at the end of this month. Court is the 8th i will let you all no how it goes

Checking to see if someone will give you leniency and buy in to your lie/excuse is like seeing if ... ok I'm short on analogies but it's nothing anyone can answer for you but the person you are going to go lie to. He's a judge. He's heard it all and expects to hear more.

If you really want to try the deception method on the judge I would suggest denying the results and blaming it on the unreliability of the testing facility before something so obviously not true as I accidentely ate weed.

You also don't have to necessarily bring your lawyer in to court with you. You can always consult him on what your best options are and proceed accordingly. He'd certainly know better than us.

large amounts of Motrin, over 1000 mg can show positive on an immunoassay drug screen, it happen to me, the sample was sent to a lab where a GC/MS test showed it was Motrin.

I dk,DF, from everything that I've read on this forum and other places, and from doctors, immunassy tests have been recalibrated so that ibuprofen, etc., no longer causes false-positives. Even if the assay did show positive after taking a bunch of Motrin, Advil, etc., the GC/MS would confirm the specimen neg.

On to Rooferman, if you are confident that you can pee clean, why not go to a doctor's office or lab and take a pee test under forensic conditions. If you pass, bring the results with you to your next court appearance to show the judge that calibration on the last test may have been off, because how could you have failed, you have independent testing that proves otherwise, blah, blah, blah.
