I know what works for me might not work for everyone else but i will share what i just did .I have smoked cryp almost everyday for a couple months straight. I went and got a take home test to see if i could pass using some of the techniques on this board and I did.It was not a negative dilute but an auctual negative result. Now i modified mine a bit just to experiment but this worked for me. First i drank a half gallon of water, i know this will bring up the negative dilute if this is all you do. Then i pissed like five times. After pissing five times i chewed up 3 vitamin B tablets, this is proably one of the worst things a human could ever taste, but hey I was playing guinnea pig and had to suffer through my own tests. After chewing the pills I drank a gallon of gatorade and waited until i was pissing a yellowish color. After 5 times I took the test" dont know why i always use 5 just always seems lucky for me." I waited as the test said to and sure as shit it came back negative. I dont know if I am just plain lucky or if a lab test would find a different result but this worked for me. The whole process took maybe 3 hours. I thought I would just share this with you guys because I got the idea about gatorade and vitamin B from this website. take it easy guys

A lab test definetly would have come up differently. Your test facility used an instant test probably with no integrity panel.

thats what i figured. but hey it was fun to fool the take home test.
