hey guys, im the new chick on here and i have to take a urine test for the ARMY! in three days! i have been a regular smoker for a while but i have made an effort to cut back, and was successful for about a two weeks, but this just past weekend i partied a little bit more than i should've. how can i pass this upcoming test??!! i want to get rid of all thc levels and be clean for reals...but how? and if thats not possible what are more options?

First, get a home test and test yourself tomorrow morning. If you test negative, the you will be good.

If you test positive, then check the dilution sticky (the thread dedicated to dilution at the top of the urine testing menu page). REad up on how to do it, because most, if not all, military tests are directly observed.

To get yourself started while doing what Sec3 said I would begin eating red meat in every meal you have from know until the test, or take a creatine supplement if you have any or can get any right soon. You need the creatine intake to begin as soon as possible to help with dilution if it is necessary for you to pass.

i have to take a pre-employment drug test at quest diagnostics on thursday.. I am a male, 6'3'' about 155 and the last time i smoked was august 21. Before that i was smokin on the regular for about six years. I am mad nervous because i need to pass this test. On my papers that i need to bring to quest it says Drug Tests to be performed: 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS
I have read basically every post on this site and theres a lot of good tips but i am conufsed as to what preparations i should take to try and pass these tests. So far i have been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice and drinking gatorade all day for the past three days. I have these pills from detoxify that my buddy gave to me but i dont want to use them because i dont know if they will work. Can anybody out there help me with some guidance as to how to go about passing all these tests. I would appreciate it.

Your test is a 5 panel, 50 ng/mL cutoff for THC regular run-of-the mill drug test.

Read the sticky's dedicated to the dilution or substitution. That will teach you what you need to learn.
