Default high fiber diets and eating weed

kind of a dumb question, but are cannaboids produced the same if you eat brownies or something compared to smoking it?

also, i've read on some medical sites that having a diet very very high in fiber for an extended period of time (fiber supplements and stuff) will help pass THC cannaboids through the bowels rather than the bladder.

in conjunction with having a high fiber diet, very minimal fatty foods, and eating/smoking weed, would detection times go down in a urine test?


if anyone has any knowledge to the validity of these statements i would greatly appreciate any help. i go to school with random drug tests and i'm just trying to brainstorm anythign i can to get around them. yes, i've looked into substitution and i'm probably going to go with that, but i'm just REALLY curious if i could get away with this and give my own sample. theo nly problem is subbing in the situation they test me in is kind of risky.. just thinking of other ways

by the way, the question was kind of in a general sense, but i personally am 160lbs, muscular with a very small amount of body fat. i play hockey and run daily so i get plenty of excersize, keep to a good low-fat diet... protein shakes, etc...

"Search and ye shall find".

You keep saying that you have searched, but I read just 2 threads you started and found answers in the both of them.

i've ONLY said hte part about being randomly tested, never have i said ANYTHING about eating or ANYTHING about fiber.

and i have been using the search info, i just wanted to ask a specific question for myself. is that so much to ask? people ask the same shit over and over all the time, i've been reading for over a month and i've seen it, as i'm sure most people do. thanks for the re-redirection to the search feature though lol

But increasing you motabilism speeds up thc leaving. Exercising does that. Do soes smoking cigarettes weight loss pills, speed and cocaine ( bad idea cause that will come up on the test and youll be in bigger trouble), caffiene, basically any stimulant, .................................................. ..(searching on google)..............,

i wasn't tryign to be disrespectful sec3. in fact i have searched all the posts you have made and read plenty of them over the span of the last few weeks. i take your information in and use it in my scheme to avoid random tests. i appreciate your help in every way you have provided it on this forum, and i'm aware that only time can do that, but i was just curious if eating ridiculous amounts of fiber would have any sort of effect on it, not necessarily cleaning it out.
