Ok, so I haven't smoked since 4-20. Then friday night 8/25 I had about 3-4 hits from a little pipe...as well as heavy wine consumtion. I was offered a job yesterday 8/28 and they gave me a slip to go get a drug test and they need it ASAP. I was even told to take it TODAY, but because of my current work schedule I can't. I am taking lots of fiber, veggie, and fruit extracts, lots of water, lots of multivitamins, and even got "red clover extract" to take the night before the test. I am going to shoot for taking the test 9/6/06 so 12 days since smoking. What are my chances of passing? Should I be worrying? and wont it seem suspicious that I'm waiting so long? I need advice...I'm freaking out big time. Any advice will help. Thanks so much

PS. I am about 5'4'' 145lb female.

A one-time smoking session, especially a light one, should clear your system enough to pass a UA in 3 - 5 days.

ok, so should I even worry about taking all those vit, and supplements? I think I am going to get a home drug test to be safe. I'll letcha all know what happens

A home test is always a good idea, just in case you might need some light dilution to pass.

Since it was the first time in months and a one time thing you will be fine in just a few days so don't sweat it. A home test is always a good check though to make yourself feel better.

You don't have to take until 9/6? I'd say you'll be fine. To ease your mind, take a few home tests with your first part, first morning pee. Take one tomorrow a.m., and before your test.

If you're coming up dirty or get a "ghost" line on your test, do some light dilution, as Buzzby suggests.

I took a home test yesterday afternoon and it was negetive. That was after 4 days. I'm taking the test Thursday 8/31 (sooner than I thought)...and I will repeat the home test that morning right when I wake up. Thanks so much for the great advice. I'll keep everyone updated.

One more question though...is there ANY chance that even though I'm negetive on my morning pee that I'll be postive on the lab pee?

Rule of thumb is that first morning pee is the dirtiest. I found that as I was abstaining and testing myself leading up to my most recent drug test, that the neg lines on late morning or afternoon tests were even more solid than the first morning pee. I suggest doing a test in the afternoon to see how you're doing before you take the test tomorrow.
