Company policy states "Drug tests are conducted for the presence of the following drugs at a cut-off consistent with government standards:" without giving any numbers just the drug names. No one seem to know what that means, they just say I must be at "zero or negative". so what's a "government standard" for negative ?
And to return to work it states " a negative drug and alcohol test result is required before an employee will be cleared to return to work".
would that be 15 ng/mLs?

The standards set by the Federal Government are:

50 ng/ml cutoff limit for the initial screen
15 ng/ml cutoff limit for the confirmation test (performed only for positives on the initial screen)

These cutoff levels are for THC only.
