Hi everyone.

I've been trolling the forums for a little while... so I'm not completely ignorant.

Here's my situation:
I was informed yesterday that I have to take a drug test for my job within 48 hours. I've taken one before with this company, and I believe that our company only uses one drug screening company. I called the office, and confirmed that the local testing facility is closed today (normal business hours M-F 9-5). I assume they will be closed on Monday, being that it is labor day.

So, my stats:
I've been smoking semi-regularly for about 2 years. Not much during the fall/spring semesters, but almost every day during the winter/summer break. I smoke mostly low/mid grade. The last time I smoked consisted of half of a bowl of some dried up schwag Thursday night (posting this Saturday morning). Before that, I'd smoked about a week ago. I'm 6'0" 165lbs.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I'm already beginning the methods N2 outlined for diluting. One specific question I have is, should i start taking creatine?

Oh, I also purchased an Omni detox kit... I know there are some mixed reviews... but I'd rather pay for a small chance of it working.

As for the Creatinine the directions say 2-3 days before your test. So i would start today. You also may want to goto pharmacy and get some home tests see where ya stand. Make sure you follow the direction carefully my roomie who is daily smoker had 7 days clean before test and passed with N2's method.

I'm all lined up to follow N2's dilution method to the T. A couple of questions...

I also have an Omni detox kit that I bought in a panic (I know, I've heard mixed reviews). I plan on using this in addition to N2's method. Could this present any problems?

Whats this I keep hearing about Rolaids or "Super Salty Supersize McDonalds fries"?

Should I shoot for the 48oz mark on the dot?

What kind of food/diet should I be going for in the last 12-18hrs before the test?

First the hardest question. Should you go for 48 ounces? Well S2's method calls for more so which should you listen. Take these factors into consideration.
1) How much dilution you need (based on last time smoking, how much you smoke, preceived half life time of THC based on whether you are obese, average, or skinny, several other little factors you should pick up on by reading on here. Looking back at your previous post you seem to be skinny.

2) Realizing the results of a dilute test. You can never really know for sure unless it is in writing.

The rolaids and salty foods are for your specific gravity. Eat some fatty foods too.

I haven't seen the omni detox drug test ingredient list but if it contained a lot of mild natural diuretics this might pose a problem.

In order...

1) Last time I smoked was Thursday... 2-3 hits of some dried up schwag I found hidden somewhere. Only 2-3 hits because it sucked. Before that, about a week. And before that, 3-4 times a week.

2) I've been taking creatine supplements since saturday, eating red meat, trying to boost my creatinine levels. Should this help?

As for the Omni ingredients:
Water, fructose, heterogenous carbohydrates, fructo-olgiosaccharides, citrus acid, naturals cranberry flavor, psyllium, vitamin & mineral blend (potassium cloride, ascorbic acid, thiamin HCL, riboflavin pyridoxine HCL, cyanocobalamin). 1/10 of 1% potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), FD&C Red 40, creatine monohydrate, cascara sagrada, papain.
