I recently applied for a job (not sure if I'll get it) and they do drug testing. They haven't called me for an interview yet. Ever since then I've stopped smoking (09/01/06) and been drinking water, green tea, and some cranberry juice ever since. I went to my local GNC store and bought "herbal clean Cleansing tabs." I smoke/smoked on a regualr basis a few hitters, bowls and a joint/blunt here and there. My question is am I worrying too much?

I don't know. All you said was you stopped on 9-1-06. If you had a one hitter on 8-31-06 then you may need to dilute a little. If you smoked an ounce the week leading up to 9-1-06 your could have some problems. Expand on your smoking history such as how many days a week, how often on a smoking day, how much each time, what quality, how long you had been smoking, etc. or go get a home test.

Yeah, the home test is a good idea to see where you stand, and to what extremes you need to go.

Give us some more info, and make sure you read through all of N2 and S2's advice on dilution.

Sorry for not expanding my smoking history. The quality of weed is 'dro sometimes its regular depending on whats avabile at the time. I usually get about a 20 sack for the week. I smoke about 2 hitters and 2 hits of a bowl a day. I've been smoking for about 15 years off and on there might of been 5 years where I quit smoking. Thanks again for help.

I think that you history is not as important as whether you are actually clean. The best thing you can do is go to your local drug store, large department store, or testing facility and get a home test kit. (about $15 at the drug store, About $5 at the testing facility or about $2-3 online). Test yourself and see if you can pass. Use your first pee of the day. If you get a negative, you are good to go. If you get a positive, read the substitution or dilution stickies at the top of the urine testing menu page.

Even with your past usage history, we can only guess at whether we think you may be clean or not.
If you test yourself, you will know if you are clean.
