|  dilute? about 3 weeks ago I smoked about 8 times in about 5 days. before that i had not smoked in months. i have not smoked since, should i still try diluting or am i in the clear anyway? i am 6'1, 175 pounds thanks for your help |

| The only way you will know for sure is by doing a home test with your first morning, first part pee. If you are neg, you are probably okay. If not, come back with a little more info: your body type, height, weight, etc., metabolismm, etc. Know when your test is will help also. |
