i know just not smokin for the month and a half (takes me long time to clear my system) would be best but i dont have that option anymore. i havent smoked for 3 weeks and im goin to do it all. im going to start the dilution system now (test is a week away) that IamN2pot laid out + sonnie 7 + a drink from my friend that works at the Hot Box that covers blood urine and saliva + ive been runnin everyday. if that doesnt do it nothin will. plus the air force allows one failed test so i have a second chance... i just hope i dont have too

Before you go through all that, why don't you get a home test and see if you're clean. Given your protocol (running, etc.) you may already be negative. You don't mention when your test is. Keep testing yourself up until the day of your test to monitor your progress.

I don't know what Sonne 7 is, or this drink that your friend is offering that masks saliva, hair, pee, etc. But it sounds like more of the same old urban myths. That stuff doesn't work, my friend.

Read this forum about exercising (you need to stop three or four days before your test so your body isn't releasing THC metabolites from your body fat.

Three weeks is an excellent start. If you're getting a ghost neg line (very faint) or hovering around the 50 ng cutoff, than I recommend dilution, per the sticky on this forum.

yeah i ordered some home test kits yesterday, so im gonna test the different ways. it takes me a while to get clean, last year when i did it it took over 1 1/2 months but i had been smoking for years everyday and when i started back up i was smoking maybe 40% of what i was so it probaby wont take as long this time (plus i wasnt runnin then). sonnie 7 is a detox you can buy at health food stores, my friend used it for his parol UA he had to take every month i figure that with either the dillution and/or drink i should be ok. plus my UA probably wont be for a couple of weeks. but ill let yall know how it goes. once i get the test kits (ordered 10 so im gonna use all the methods i can and see what works)

If you're friend is using the sonne 7 for his parole tests, then it is probably not getting sent to a lab. A lab checks pee samples (even those that initially show up negative on the assay or dip stick) for integrity and other adulterants that supposedly "clean THC metabolites" or mask piss, blood, saliva, etc. The urine is checked for specific gravity and creatinine levels (read the dilution sticky), all of which are easily rectified in dilution, provided you have at least two or more weeks of abstinance behind you.

Oh, it's good to check the first pee of the day. IF you are ordering several tests, try testing yourself in the late morning-afternoon. Try not to drink a lot of coffee or fluids when home testing later in the day. I found that the neg line is a lot stronger than the first pee of the morning's neg line. That will give you a pretty good indication of how you're doing, and even when to schedule the real test.
