Ok, heres my scenario. 4 weeks ago I was arrested for possession, paraphanelia, and DUI (marijuana). I was a daily smoker for just over a year before I got busted. I havent smoked since (4 weeks), and my court date is October 16th. My attorney wants me to take a blood test to hopefully throw my DUI, but I havent heard from him as to when. That is really not my concern since they are only 3-4 day detection times. My concern is if I get put on probation, will my test show up positive after exactly one month? The only reason I want to smoke is because it is with a long time friend that I havent seen, and because it is some of the craziest chronic thats gonna be lit. So what do you guys think? Is it too risky for me to smoke, or would this one time be alright? I plan on doing anything and everything to get it out of my system if I do decide to blaze i.e.- running my ass off, high calorie diet, and drinking plenty of water.

Personally, I think if your court date is the 16th of October, and you have been clean for a month already, you could probably go ahead and partake with your friend and then after one night, stop using completely and be ok for your court date on the 16th.

Keep in mind that the above is only my opinion, nothing more. I know dreadfully little about you and your body type.

Also, you are already in hot water as far as the legal system is concerned. Another possession bust would just be the icing on the cake for any prosecutor.

As long as you are taking risks, why not pad the odds in your favor and purchase a couple of home tests to take 1-2 weeks before your court date? That way, you would know if you were going to test dirty or clean at the time of your test.

I have been in this situation. If it is anything like it is here (colo.). You will go to court they will sentence you, tell you what you need to do, fines, comm. service, etc. They will tell you that you need to see the probation dept. in so much time, a couple days or so ( I thought I had 10 days). The probation dept. will look at your record and decide if you need random ua's or not> If first offense you might get a way with it. Again, in colo. they will tell you that you need to report to some type of outpatient treatment center,(for your alcohol classes and ua's if you have to take them. you have 30 days to do this. After that you will still have a week or so before your 1st UA.
So, with that in mind I think you will be ok. Good luck.

Thanks guys, and well, I did it. I couldnt resist, I hope you arent mad buzzmobile. Now I am doing everything to get it outta my system. I started running 2 miles yesterday and am drinking tons and tons of water. I did the deed, so no need to bring up the past, now I just gotta concentrate on my metabolism.

Yo man the decision is urs. when this happened to me i smoked all the way until i was put on probation which u will def get. Dont worry about the alcohol kinda irellevent for a drug test. a pee test u coulda passed but a boold test i HIGHly doubt it.but this of course is assuming ur a pothead(everyday smoker). but like i said i smoked straight up to probation and it helped my cause because when i went in there my thc level was so high they gave me along time to quit they said as long as my level was going down and not up it was ok so i got an extra like 2 months of smokeing. i would some less and less each month. SO I SAY JUST HIT THAT KILLA CHRONIC UP!!
