Ok, first off.. hello to all those whose rights are similarly violated. Peace be with you all.

My problem tho... im currently on pre-trial screening, and have dropped 3 times so far... today being the third. While i was there, my councelor instructed me that my levels have gone UP as follows

Initial:
THC50 value 61
Canabinoids 200
Creatinine 325

2nd test
THC50 value 143 wow
Canabinoids 214
Creatinine 149.7

3rd test

Yet unknown


Now my problem is, as you can see the second test suggests that ive been smoking way more than i did before i got in trouble... however... i DID NOT SMOKE since the first initial test.... actually for 2 days before the test as i went to jail for 2 days... i have however been drinking alot of tea, and taking some detox pills.

My question is.... how the hell is this possible? my only logical assumption would be that 1: i was in jail for two days before the initial test and did not eat anything or sleep much, only drank water and some juices while i was there for two days, somehow giving me a false initial reading and 2: All the tea i was drinking caused me to piss even dirtier because my system was being flushed out causing my test to show up as <higher> than the original..

Now ive got to go to court, and what am i supposed to do when the judge see's/thinks that ive been using more a few weeks into my testing than i did in all my past 18 years of smoking an ounce or two a week consistantly all day everyday ... never missing a beat....i mean.... WTF!!!! I'm blown away by this....


Any help.. comments... suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated-as always.


By the way... im 6'6 280 lbs... i eat once a day usually as im working from 7 am till on average 7 pm... then i eat. Dont really excersize off the job as much as i could. If this helps at all

You could test higher on a second test without consuming any more cannabis for a couple of reasons. If you drank more water before the first test you could have diluted the concentration of THC metabolites in your urine. If you exercised before the second test you might have released THC metabolites stored in body fat into your bloodstream. From there they would end up in your urine.

Detox products do not remove THC metabolites from your system. They're a money-making scam. To the extent that they work, it's because of the dilution caused by all the water you drink with them. Drinking tea does not "flush" them, either. Drinking anything immediately before a UA will dilute your urine, lowering the concentration of THC metabolites.

Yes thank you for your reply, I have spent the past week reading just about every single post on this and other sites.. learning all i can about things... in hopes to fool the system.. But in the end ive decided to just stop smoking pot... at least for now.. until im on official probation and see how the routine goes for testing there. As it stands where im at now... the guy stands there and watches me piss.. without even buyin me dinner first... what a bastard..


As for your knowledge.. i did drink alot of fluids when i was in jail so im leaning toward that reason.. and i have been excersizing a little more since ive stopped smoking *gotta do somethin right?*

another aspect is that the second test i fell asleep on my couch for a few hours before waking up and hurrying over there to drop... i realize this may have been a mistake and perhaps i should have followed Abbey's advice and stayed up all night lol

They didnt take me to jail for violation today, altho they have increased the frequency of my testing.. and who knows where this will go when the judge gets this information.... im currently waiting for my lawyer to call me back so we can discuss this today...




p.s. with my 1000 dollar cash asurity bond.. the 300 bucks of smoke i lost, the 4 to 6 grand im blowin on a lawyer, not to mention upcoming fines..fees.. regulatory b.s. and the average 800 dollars a day i lose from work cuz i have to go to court or piss on a toilet seat... id say im doin my best to help the economy wouldnt you?

Your creatinine levels don't support the theory that you had more fluids in your system for the first test, in fact the opposite. It suggest that you had more fluids in your system for the second test. If you truely did not smoke since before your first test, (you don't say now far apart the testing was, 1 week between tests? 1 day?) then this is puzzling.

My theory (an educated guess) maybe the court is not using a DHHS certified lab and your specimen is not being tested as it should be.

Are the specimens "split" so you have the opportunity to have the specimen sent to a second lab for confirmation of the first lab's findings?. If not, maybe your lawyer can request this from now on.

Is the collector qualified? I realize your PO is probably testing you; did he test many people at the same session where your specimen might have been confused with someone elses? Was the vial sealed with the sticker attached to the CCF & did you initial it before it left your sight?

All of these things are required by the government for Department of Transportation testing to protect the employee from mix-ups in a collection facility or lab. Maybe your lawyer can argie that the same precautions were not lended to your situation resulting in a "bad" result.

Just a few thoughts on the matter
