OK .... i am 6'0 and 210 pounds...medium metabolism.....I smoked 2 puffs on September 2 and had a drug test (Urine GS/CM 50) on September 27th (25 days later). During that time I took a First check home drug test...one 3 days after smoking (september 5th) and another one two days before the exam. I also had a hair test done. All the tests came back negative.

BUt, on the hair test they did a confirmation check for marijuana and cocaine (even though i have never taken coke). And, my second first check home urine test the two lines were both very faint (don't know if that means anything). How worried should I be? And anyone know about the First Check tests and if the faintness means anything. I know the instructions say it doesn't, but both lines were faint the second time and bolder the first....

Hair test have a detection period of approx. 90 days. Most people can get clean for a urine test in approx. 30 days. Just because you can pass a urine test doesn't mean you can pass a hair test.

You don't say if you smoked in July or August (pertinent to a hair test), but if 2 puffs are all you smoked in september, and you took a urine test 25 days later, you will be just fine. Breathe.

I smoked once in august 3 puffs and then again on september 2. I didn't know if i was going to get hair or urine test...so i took both before hand as a precaution. I passed all of them, but:

1. The hair test they had to perform a confirmation before saying it was negative.

2. The second urine test the lines were very faint for the First Check home test. Whereas, the one I took two weeks prior had darker lines.

I think you are going to pass with flying colors!

Your usage was so light, that even a hair test wouldn't detect anything. The THC level in your urine should be gone by now or so low that it would be undetectable by now.

dude, with as little as you smoke the thc would be out of your system with in 3 or 5 days. thc leaves the system in less than a week if you are a really light smoker(like you) or a month to a month and a half for heavy smokers. the faint lines mean minuet traces of thc that the test can still detect.

Thats pure speculation since home assay kits lack the ability to give a quantitative number (unlike the GC/MS).
There is no meaning attributed to the intensity of the lines. A faint line in the 'T' region is still a negative.
