Hello everyone;

I will try to keep this post as short as I can while including as many details which are necessary for your evaluation. Allow me to thank you in advance for reading through this post and giving me your honest and educated opinion. Just so you know, I spent all last night reading about half the posts on this forum and all of the posts on cannabis.com so it's not like I didn't try locating the information myself.

I have a Non-DOT 5 panel urine drug test scheduled for next Wednesday (the 11th of October) -today of course being the 4th. I probably shouldn't be worried about passing because I think it will come back negative but I would really like some educated opinions to determine whether or not I should try diluting -again. I already had one test about two weeks ago which came back as negative-dilute. The lab is a government recognized lab who confirm using GC/MS.

Here some information about me: I am a 6"1'ft 192lb male with a body mass index of 26. I like to consider myself as being in pretty good shape though I obviously do have a little body fat. My metabolism is somewhat on the fast side. If you require any more medical data about me feel free to ask, I have it all documented.

My smoking history is as follows. I had roughly four or five hits of some decent hash on Sunday September 24th -it was just enough to get a decent buzz. I also had roughly the same amount about 2 weeks prior to this which would have landed somewhere around the weekend of September 8th through to the 10th. Prior to smoking that little bit of hash it had been roughly 3 since I had any puffs at all. However, before that three week period of abstinence I was had smoked about a half ounce over the course of a couple of weeks. Over the summer I really did not smoke a whole lot other then that half ounce I mentioned.

In terms of diet and exercise I think I do decently well. I take my dog for a 30 minute 'power' walk if not every day then every other day. My diet, as of late, mainly consists of some home made vegetarian chili which is extremely high in fiber in turn making me very 'regular'. Other then that I spend 40 hours a week in a chair at a call center. I try to get out for a decent walk on each of my breaks and on my lunch but how much can you work out at work -really?

In any event, here's my problem. I am submitting my second donation a week from today and I really can not fail this test, hence my concern. The first sample I gave came back as negative-dilute and my perspective employer said they had no problem letting me donate another sample. As a result, I would be very hesitant to try even some of the best diluting methods I have seen pasted on the board. After I donated my first sample I thought I was in the clear and so had a little puff over the coarse of that weekend. It was just enough hash to get high -if I had to guess I would say about 0.18 grams if not less. The hash was not terribly potent. When I got the dilute test results back I tried to buy myself as much time as possible and did so by scheduling the test for two weeks and three days after my last THC encounter. My question is, do you think I bought enough time? Will the test come back negative? I have five home test strips on the way from eBay and will be testing myself as soon as they get here.

Wait until you get your test kits and save yourself the worry and guessing. Patience....

I'll bite.

I think you will test negative, (not negative dilute) with drinking only one 12 ounce drink (water, gatorade, tea, I don't care, etc...) within 1 hour of the void.

Provided, of course, that you don't smoke even one puff between now and the test day.

Just wanted to make a post and thank you for your input.

Thanks for pointing out the poll Sec, I was hoping to get more feedback then what I have.

If all goes according to plan my test kit(s) should be here on either Friday or Monday. Being said, I will be sure to update this thread and let everyone know how they turn out.


In the meantime, I have one more question. Do you think it's possible that since I am a vegetarian and do not take criatein supplements that my void may come up as dilute? I was thinking maybe I should get the nurse to wright that in the comments section of the custody form.

Not liking the look of that poll! Ugh, I can't wait for my drug test(s) to get here.


Could someone please tell me if the lab would suggest I rescheduel the test if I called and said I had come down with a nast case of the flu? I could veen get a doctors note if need be. I suppose Sec would be the best one to answer that question.

Also, can anyone comment on the vegetarian thing I mentioned above?

Unless you were so sick you couldn't piss, I don't think that excuse would work. We will see if sec disagrees.

By the way more think you will pass, than those that think you will fail. Cheer up.

If the test is for employment, I usually have the donors reschedule through the employer. When the donors call and say:

I slept in
I couldn't find your address
I forgot about the appointment
I had to work
I couldn't find a babysitter
I'm sick

I make them call the employer and reschedule. Unless it is an owner/operator, I don't accept appointments from donors for employer based tests. Only the employer can schedule or re-schedule a test. That way, the employer knows if the donor is screwing with them or not. If you had the job, would you call the employer if you were going to be out sick? Of course you would. Why would it be any different for an employer sponsored drug test?
