I know I asked this beofre but just looking for some input regarding dilution. Did send for some addtional home test and should have in a couple of days. I pretty sure I am over obsessing on this but just wanty to be as sure as possible.

Last 18 days - zero usage ( test could be later this week or early next week.( So should be around 21 days with zero)
Took about 5-6 tokes(puffs) 18 days ago
3 weeks before that = zero usage
So were are talking about 5-6 tokes in the past total 39-42 days)

4 weeks before that maybe 1/2 joint twice

Took home test last Saturday (10/7) and the line was very faint for THC. It was there but very faint. (This was on first morning piss)

My questions are:
1. Should I still dilute (don't want to get a dilute-neg)?
2. Should I just dilute but be a bit conservative on it?
3. If I dilute on the conservative side do I still need creatinine?

Thanks in advance for the input.

You're right - you are over obsessing. A negative is a negative and getting a negative several days before a test means that you'll be way under the threshold when you take it.

Thanks Buzz.... This is for a job an unfortunately I don't have a lot to think about other than this. I know I'm nuts! But should I still at least do a semi-dilute?

I wouldn't. Just make sure that you've drunk enough to be able to pee. If it makes you happy to be doing something, drink enough so that you'll need to pee a couple of times before you go in to pee for the money.

Well Buzz you figured me out! I will feel better doing something so I just drink enough water to take a whiz.

(But I will still test myself one more time. I bought the tests might as well have peace of mind.

Just took my second home test and got a resounding negative! Test line was almost same color as the control line. I drank about 32 oz of water in the 4 hours before taking the test. (about 8 oz and hour). I normally drink about 32-48 oz of water/beer daily. I got to drink some amount just to be able to take a whiz. Is this ok to not have me get a neg-dilute?

( I know Buzz I'm still obsessing)
