Alright, I was totally clean of all substances for 4 months. Then I took one hit of some dank. How long should it take to get out of my system? Is less than a week realistic? I'm 6'1" and a bit over 200 lbs.

one hit? you are fine, that is if you have truly been clean for four months. to be safe invest in an over the counter test. you will make up the money for it with your first paycheck,

It's not for a job, it's for probation. Like four days ago I took one hit because I was having a really shitty day and I thought I wouldn't have a test for over a week. Suddenly my PO calls and wants me to come in today. I was in rehab and stuff for the past 4 months so I had nothing in my body other than caffeine and nicotine.

My friend has some OTC tests and he said he'd give me one. I'm just not sure if I'll have time to see him before the test.

okay, there are many factors in determining if one might pass/fail. I seriously doubt though that one hit, with a week inbetween the test, will result in a positive for THC. I would test myself at home, just to be safe.

You should be OK with just one hit. If you go to jail you will have a lot of shitty days.
