I am 5"9 130 lbs. I have not smoked in about 10 days, I really need this job and I don't know what to do. I see everyone talking about taking someone elses pee but how much do I need and how do I keep it warm enough. I also wanted to ask if anyone has heard of that tea you can purchase from GNC called clenze blenz the cost is about $30 and if it really would work. PLZ help

also remember to smoke nothing three days before the test......that is if you choose dilution....
