Hey everybody, I've noticed there has been some controversy over Sonnie's #7, and I just wanted to add my experience.

I smoked about a bowl on Saturday, September 23 and then about 3 or 4 on wednesday and a few on thursday. Before all this I was clean for 15 days. I got a bottle of Sonnie's that wednesday and started taking it that night.

I weigh about 145, I am 6'1", pretty skinny, which probably helped. Anyways I had a UA coming up on Wednesday, October 4th at an outpatient drug-treatment program (I'm in there because it was either that or jail time) so that gave me 6 days to get clean.

Every day I took one b-complex vitamin and about 4 or 5 teaspoons of sonnies, upon awakening and before dinner. Also I exercised on a bike for an hour or so every day until that monday, two days before the test, and started to put on as much weight as I could, which was probably only like a pound or 2, and ate as much as I could the night before and the morning of the test.

The test was at 2, I drank a glass of water with a shot of Sonnie's upon awakening, took a b-complex pill a couple hours before the test to add a little color, and drank a couple glasses of water along with a couple more shots of Sonnie's before I left. I just got my results today, completely clean and the creatinine level was around 24, I don't really know if thats good or not but they didnt say anything about it so I'm assuming thats good.

Anyways, my point is, for me Sonnie's, exercise, and a little dilution worked. I know and have heard of lots of people passing with Sonnie's, and it doesn't really make sense, since it is an intestinal cleaner, which has nothing to do with the thc metabolites that are stored in your fat cells, but I think there is something about it that we do not understand.

With being clean the amount of time you said you probably could have passed a test anyway. I have used Sonnes before [quite a few ] and have passed but the dillution method does the same thing only cheaper. But like you, I do wonder about the Sonnes as my wife and a few friends have had sucess with it. But we had all cut way back before the test, I have done 1-2 one hits everryday and passed a test the next day with it, but I have practiced many times to know what I can get away with. Everyone should know thier own time lines, before trying something that is suggested.
