I plan on waking up mad early (yea, even earlier than the 4am wake up call), before my physical, and start drinking in my hotel room. Should I worry about gravity and color? I've already been eatin a SHITload of red meat lately, but its just the color part thats got me.

A person that has taken in a healthy amount of water will have clear urine. If your urine is yellow in color you should be drinking more water. So giving a sample that is clear would be fine.

Good luck with it all. (I went through MEPS in 1995, seems so long ago).

Took today, hope for best. They stuck a white dipper with i think if i recall blue head? i dont even rememberi ts been such a l ong day, then they ship them all out. This is at MEPS. whats the dipper?
