I am a chronic smoker and have smoked like 4-5 j's a day for about 4 years now. I weigh 128,5'2. Got in fight with sister and she called cps on me for obviously ya know. So this is really important to me cause i have never had to take one and the case lasts 30 days and hell thats what i need someone told me to get one pack of SureJell and mix it with 24oz of water followed by 2 more 24oz's of water then pee 2 times then go take the test within the hour or so. Someone PLEASE give me some good advice or let me know if that worked for anyone or if you have heard about it. thanks yall

Okay, what? I'm confused. Can you clarify a little better? Is this drug test for probation? What is Surejell? We're here to help, we just need a little more coherent explanation of the situation.

If you got 30 days start exercising like mad until 1 week before the test and then stop abruptly and gain back some new fat. After that look into the dilution technique. If you have to take the test soon and you're a chronic smoker like you say I'd try substitution.

Read up on dilution or substitution. I would suggest dilution method as you may be observed due to the circumstances. Dilution can work. Also exercise. read up!

Someone after you asked what is Surejell. it is used in home canning and making jams and jellies. It has a slight diuretic effect. Some people swear by it, others have failed. If you choose the dilution method, I would follow it without using surejell. The diuretic effect is somewhat unpredictable and may cause a negative dilute result. I would exercise a lot and when it is about a week to go, stop and do a home test to see where you stand.
