Ok guys, hopefully you can help me. I weigh about 140 lbs, i'm 5'11 and have an extremely high metabolism. I have been a daily smoker for a LONG time, usually smoking about a joint or two per day for atleast the last five years. I have a test coming up in a little over 48 hours for probation, so substitution is not an option, as I will have a lab tech standing right behind me, and be surrounded by mirrors. I read the information in the sticky's about dillution, but I just wanted to post this and see if someone could tell me EXACTLY what steps to follow to ensure I pass this test. Thanks in advance for ANY help you can give me!

4-6 asprin 45 min.-1 hour before test. Drink gatorade= 96 oz. + 1/4 teaspoon of salt per 8 oz. for specific gravity and since you have a high metabolism creatine(5 grams per 4 hours/20-25 per day) loading might be an option also. Don't forget a couple of b-2 pills the day of. Thats all i can give from reading websites on dilluting.

Also, you have one day to test this plan. Invest in a take-home test to see. Just like in statistics, the more trial runs you run, the better the chance of getting it right.

Well, what is the best place to pick up Creatine in such a low dosage? I can handle the vitamin B, and salt...etc. And..does it make a difference If I substitute water for gatoraid?

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT PASSSED A URINE TEST WITH JUST DRINKING WATER CONSTANTLY ( BUT DONT OVER DO IT-YOU CAN GET WATER INTOXIFICATION) AND TAKING MULTIVITAMINS. IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXERCISING-SUCH AS WALKING (NOT RUNNING) THIS WILL HELP YOU TREMENDOUSLY. ALSO, IVE ALSO READ THAT THE MORE FIBER YOU EAT THE MORE THC METABOLITES WILL BE EXCRETED IN YOUR FECES. THIS MIGHT SOUND GROSS, BUT IF IT FLOATES THEN THERE IS FAT IN IT-WHICH IS WHAT YOU WANT. PLS LET ME KNOW IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU.

Quit yelling. Again, you have given inaccurate info on the role of fiber and THC as well as exercise. The exercise needs to be aerobic. The role of fiber has nothing to do with fat and floaties. Soluble fiber (there is also insoluble fiber)can help increase THC elimination from the body but not because fat is released in stool. Yes fat is released in stool but what soluble fiber does specifically when it comes to THC elimination is that it binds with bile and the bile is then excreted in the feces at a higher rate than normal. Since one pathway for THC elimination is through bile, if you eliminate the bile from your body the theory is that your body will produce more bile to replace the lost bile and increase THC elimination. This is very simliar to how soluble fiber lowers blood cholesterol. Since bile contains cholesterol, if you increase bile elimination then you body must make more bile and pull cholesterol from the blood, lowering blood levels.

I don't know by how much or what factor soluble fiber actually increases THC metabolism but it can't hurt.

If you are going to give advice, try not to yell and make sure it is accurate please.

As far as the creatine you can get it at health food stores or by eating red meat.

Does anyone know of a way to substitute very discretely? I have a synthetic urine sample, but can't for the life of me think of a way to get it into a government building and maintain temperature. I would rather use some type of solid dilluting method, but I'm very shaky. The last time I smoked was last night, and the test will be either on Friday around 4:30, or on Monday.

The test is in a government building? Well that really doesn't change much. Do you think people who have tests in civilian buildings get to carry the sample in their hand? No, the same things apply. Find a small bottle and practice. If the sample is heated to body temp and it is secured right, body heat will maintain it. It isn't that hard if you practice and gain confidence so find your vessel and practice around the house with water or if you are using quick fix, it can be heated, cooled, reheated so you can use it.

In your first post you did say you would have someone behind and lots of mirrors. Now this could be a problem but getting the sample into the building at the right temp shouldn't be.

Well, the sample I have has a heat activator that gets it to body temperature. The problem I am seeing, is how to transfer the conents of the bottle into the cup without being seen. There will be a lab tech on my right hand side, and a mirror on the wall on my left hand side. Any suggestions?

I thought you said in your original thread that a tech is going to stand behind you and you have mirrors all around?? Diluting is the only solution w/ these parameters and following my suggestions won't hurt. If anyone wants to rebutt, feel free to chime in. Also, creatine can be purchased at walmart and gatorade is better than water(wish i would have known that monday). Sorry, didn't see that last thread. Diluting is the only way to go.
