A month ago i went into to drug test for a job much needed and failed because I hadn't diluted well enough, and hadn't abstained long enough. So I got another job opportunity at a different place and i decided to sub with my friends to be 100% sure I get it. He gave me way more piss than I wanted in a water bottle and i froze it over night, it had been at room temperature for about 2 hours or so. this morning i went to albertsons to find a shampoo bottle when there was a pack of empty travel containers that you can fill with your own crap, probably because of new airline regulations. theres a 3 oz pour bottle, spray bottle, squirt bottle, and some other one. lucky the 3oz was JUST enough to fill up past the temp strip on the cup. i bought a coal handwarmer from sports authority for 2 bucks and put that on the bottle in a sock under my balls. it was about 100* on the strip so i had to blow on the pee for a minute for it to go down. i didnt practice at all but oh well i passed. i reccomend this to anyone so you dont have to worry about the chance you dont dilute successfully.

Ok so since my last login I was tryin to figure out how to pass with Substitution....well I PRACTICED which is key but I PASSED (finally). Ok so what I did was got my best buds pee and filled into two condoms, I set the condoms in a pre-warmed thermos filled with HOT water.....went to the lab just b4 going in placed the condoms under my boobs went in and took the test. The Urine had cooled down by then but it registered perfectly I've been happily onboard at my new job for 2weeks now YAY....but I will say again PRACTICE makes PERFECT.
