Im about 6'0 246 lbs. I dont have the best metabolism rate either. i smoke rarely like i took some hits just this past week, and i havent smoked for 6 months. What pointers can i get from you guys, because i submitted a employment application at a place by my house and on the application they ask if im willing to submit to a drug test to make sure im not on any illegal substances.

I know that drinking water is an essential and taking vitamins with exercise. Im not sure what kind of drug test they do but im willing to start preparing for the worst .

my last drug test at the last company i worked for was a saliva test and i followed grillmeats plan and i did end up passing. but how long does it take usually before the stuff gets outta my system?

Any ideas/ help would be appreciated.

If you have really only taken a few hits last week and thats all for the past six months you should be totally clean in a few (5-6) days. JUST DON'T SMOKE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET THE JOB!

Since you are 6'0 246 lbs you might want to make that drug detection window a little longer, maybe 6-7 days. Drinking water is only useful on the day of the test.
