Exclamation any advice would help....

Ok, heres my question.I am 26, moderate metabolism, bout 5' 10" and about 150 lbs. the test is for MEPS. is there any way through diet, supplaments and exersise to speed up the rate at which THC will matabolise out of my system? I plan on taking a thermogenic product, such as stacker 2 or hydroxicut, cutting my fat intake, doing oddles of running, bikeing ect and drinking more water than any human should. ive been a chronic smoker, killing atleast a 1/4 oz a day for the past year or so. just to be on the safe side, i plan on following the diluttion method that is on this site. im just wondering if anyone thinks this will help. thanks in advance

Wow, that's a lot of bud a day. I think even when i was at my peak i was only smokin' an zone a week, and i was sellin'. Anyway, When is the test and stop smokin' now. Load up on creatine and get some at home tests to practice dilution method if possible. Get back to me with the facts.

You too should read about why drinking a lot is useless in my signature. Keep hydrated but drinking more water than any human should is useless. The exercise and low fat diet is great. Also, add at least 9 grams of soluble fiber in the form of psyllium husk to your diet.

i have a 7 day body flush system called "detox7" that im going to start taking tomorrow. the main fiber in it is psyllium seed husk. is that the same or no? i know this will do nothing for the thc, but i figured the less gunk in my system, the more it can focus on eliminating the fat that stores the thc., and i shouldn't have exagerated the amount of water im going to take in, i just meant i am going to stay well hydrated. not to sure when ill be entering meps, but it has to be before nov 21.

Actually, there is research suggesting fiber can help increase THC elimination from your system. Here's how:

The role of fiber has nothing to do with fat and gunk in your system. Soluble fiber (there is also insoluble fiber)can help increase THC elimination from the body but not because fat is released in stool. Yes fat is released in stool but what soluble fiber does specifically when it comes to THC elimination is that it binds with bile and the bile is then excreted in the feces at a higher rate than normal. Since one pathway for THC elimination is through bile, if you eliminate the bile from your body the theory is that your body will produce more bile to replace the lost bile and increase THC elimination. This is very simliar to how soluble fiber lowers blood cholesterol. Since bile contains cholesterol, if you increase bile elimination then you body must make more bile and pull cholesterol from the blood, lowering blood levels.

I don't know by how much or what factor soluble fiber actually increases THC metabolism but it can't hurt.
