| does anyone know if a person uses quick fix to pass a randon drug test at a work place then a month later someone calls and tells the plant manager that quick fix was used , you think they will demand a observed test or think they will not take a persons word being here-say. thanks if anyone can answer this question. weedlover35 |

| What you are really asking about would be considered "reasonable Suspicion". To be tested for a reasonable suspicion (or "for Cause"), a supervisor must observe specific articuable behaviors, smells, speech mannerisms, etc... At least two supervisors, trained in reasonable suspicion must actually see themselves, and document your behavior. The word of a co-worker cannot be considered in the determination for whether you are given a reasonable suspicion test. That is how it is supposed to be done. That doesn't guarantee that it is done correctly in your company. An accusation is not proof. It should be the responsibility of the accuser to be able to back up the accusation with proof; it should not be up to you to prove your innocence during a reasonable suspicion test. You might want to abstain just in case the worst case scenario comes to life, at least until you know how this will all come out. |
