Diluted validity test

my last drug test the kept denying my sample because I could not pass the validity test, the tester said that for $20 they would send the sample that didnt pass the validity test to the lab to break it down and test it, my Q is would it come up positive for MJ if I am dilluted?

It depends. If I were you, I would try another collection facility. Just have your specimen sent to a lab period. Don't let the collector do any kind of "validity" testing on it. It sounds like they aren't too honorable and are jacking you for more money. Doing validity testing of specimens before they are sent to a lab for DOT is against guidelines. For Non-DOT, it isn't against guidelines, but if they were going to do a validity test, why not also an instant drug test as well?

Find another collection facility and hopefully you have better luck.

now if they run a dilluted/asprin sample through a GC-MS test will that test pos for mj even if a essy dos'nt?

If the specimen is going through the GC/MS it is because the assay detected or indicated the presence of THC. The GC/MS is only to determine (confirm) the exact metabolite and get a quantity of metabolites per milliliter of urine.
