I have been clean for three months now and I messed up by smoking last night. I'm a big guy at 5'10'' 250lbs. I get randoms at work and next week is susually the random week. What are my chances that I'll be clean? Will it only take a few days for a one time use to leave my system? Please help ease me paranoya!!!

You should wait like 5 days and buy one of those cheap pee tests to find out. Iv'e heard if you don't smoke much it can exit your system in a few days.

Yes, a one time high if you were completely clean is cleared by most people in about 5 days. You are carrying a little extra weight though so it could take you a little longer, maybe 7-10 days. Listen to Mike and get a home test in a few days.
