I have a UA tomorrow, I used to smoke a few times a day, but was clean since Sept 3 until 8 days ago when I smoked 3-4 bowls with some people.

I am 5'7", 140lb, and have a fairly high metabolism. Since I smoked, I have been drinking lots of water, cranberry juice, green tea, etc. (something I normally do anyways). I have been walking a few miles per day, and have played racquetball a few times since I smoked. I have stopped exercising for the last 2 days (to decrease amounts of metabolites going into blood). I have also abstained from fatty foods for the most part until today - I am loading up on fats today.

I was just wondering if I should have a chance at passing? Or, should I take a look at trying dilution?

3-4 bowls is a lot. 8 days is a good amount of time though and you were clean before that having not smoked since the first part of September.

Look into the dilution, and don't overdo the dilution. Just give it a whirl. I recommend you taking a home test with your first void of the day to give you an indication of whether you can pass or not on your own without dilution or substitution.
